The annual White Plains School District budget provides for a wide variety of programs and options for students.  BUT it doesn't cover everything our teachers would like to offer our students to enrich their academic experiences.  That's where the Friends come in.

Founded as the Foundation for Public Education in White Plains in 1997, Friends of White Plains Public Schools is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers - including former school board members, teachers, civic leaders and parents.
